Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled event. Late cancellations will forfeit the $100 deposit.

The menu above applies to the New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey area. Pricing may vary for other regions.

Travel Setup Fee

A travel fee of $1.25 per mile + tolls (if applicable) is charged separately and is not included in the per-guest menu pricing. We'll confirm the exact travel fee before you book.

Bad Weather?

If rain or bad weather strikes, we can safely cook inside your house or garage. Our portable setup is clean, safe, and indoor-friendly.

Payment

Cash payment only on the day of your event. Gratuity is not included in the per-person pricing — please tip your chef directly.

Event Minimum

A $550 minimum applies to all parties. Sushi platters and add-ons are not counted toward the minimum.
